Obituary

Rose P. (DiCenzo) Hardy, 98, of Millis formerly of Medway, died May 25 in the Mary Ann Morse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Natick.
Born in Boston, April 30, 1915, the daughter of the late Anthony and Raffaela (Faiella) DiCenzo, Mrs. Hardy had lived in Medway for most of her life.
Mrs. Hardy had worked for many years at Medfield State Hospital as a nursing and dental assistant.
She is survived by her children, Richard J. Kedski and his wife Elaine of Plymouth and Lawrence A. Burns and his wife Gail of Millis.
She is also survived by her brother Rinaldo DiCenzo and his wife Angelina of Minnesota and her sister-in-law Mary DiCenzo of New York.
She was the sister of the late Domenic, Ernest, Orlando, Eugene, Mario and John DiCenzo.
She is also survived b her grandchildren, Patricia Pratt of Florida, Richard J. Kedski ,Jr. and his wife Kathy of Kingston and Robert Kedski and his wife Sheila of Millis and her great-grandchildren, Tyler Pratt, Robert, Heather and Shannon Kedski.
She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews.
She leaves her dear friends Sophie Sharkovitz and Archie Stoddard.
Her family is grateful to Dr. Zakher, all the staff at Mary Ann Morse Nursing Center and the staff from Brookhaven Hospice. She received excellent care from them and was treated as a family member.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday May 30 from the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 3 Barber Street Medway at 9:15 followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church at 10:00.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Medway.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 4-7.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Actives Fund of the Mary Ann Morse Nursing Center 45 Union Street, Natick, MA 0176.
