Milton R. Estes, 79, of Tiverton, RI died Friday, May 24, 2013 at home. He was the husband of Sherrill (Carr) Estes, they were married for 53 years.
Born in Fall River, son of the late Milton B. and Yvonne (Lavoie) Estes and step-son of the late Otelia Estes, he had lived in Tiverton for most of his life. Prior to retirement in 2000, he was a machine operator for the former Federal Products in Providence. Mr. Estes was member of the First Baptist (Old Stone) Church, Tiverton where he served on various committees and he was on the Pleasant View Cemetery Board of Trustees.
Including his wife, he is survived by 2 daughters: Lori J. Buckley and her husband John of Tiverton and Karen L. Daigle and her husband Henry of Warren, RI; and 4 grandchildren: Elizabeth J. Buckley, John J. Buckley, Emily A. Cambrola and Hayley V. Cambrola.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Sunday, June 2, 2013 at the First Baptist (Old Stone) Church, Tiverton at 2:00 P.M.
Interment will be private.
