Obituary

Charlene Marie Randall, age 55, entered into rest on May 21, 2013 at her home in Prosser.
She was born in Longview, Washington on October 13, 1957 to Marvin Francis and Darlene Iris (Boen) Bisconer. She was raised and educated in Longview and Yakima and attended Yakima Valley College. She primarily worked in restaurants and as a caregiver. Charlene married Lewis Randall on April 2, 1990 in Grays Harbor, Washington. The couple owned and operated Randall Adult Family Home in Sunnyside for ten years until they moved to Prosser in December of 2011.

She was a member of the Prosser Eagles Lodge and was active in fund raising, served as Chaplain for the past year and a member of the Pool and Dart Leagues. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren and enjoyed motorcycle road trips with her husband and playing computer games.

Charlene is survived by her husband of twenty-three years, Lewis of Prosser; six children, Jennifer Emery (Steven) of Zillah, Tarra Nott of Seattle, Janneke Emery (Phillip) of Zillah, Lawana Schilperoot (David) of Hood River, Lewis Arquette and Misty Arquette, both of Atlanta, Georgia; her brothers, Charles Bisconer (Nancy) of Montesano, Michael Bisconer (Tracey) of Ferndale and Kenneth Bisconer (Annette) of Selah; her sisters, Victoria Poole (Gary) of Kelso, Sandra Kramer (James) of Federal Way and Tessa Bisconer of Longview; 9 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Marvin Bisconer; and her mother and step-father, Darlene and Gary Kilseimer.

A Celebration a Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at the Prosser Eagles Lodge. Memorial contributions may be made to the Prosser Eagles Lodge.
