HARTZ, Charles B., 90, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013.
He retired from American Standard after over 40 years, was a Navy Veteran of World War II and was a Catholic.
Mr. Hartz was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice D. Hartz; grandson, Devin Floyd; parents, Lillian and Edward Hartz; and brother, Joseph Hartz.
He is survived by his children, Charles Lee Hartz (Susie), Sherry Payne, Leslie Hartz, Mike Hartz, Donna Mudd, Allen Hartz, Sandy Garcia (Joe) and Candy King (Joel); 15 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
His service will be 12 Noon Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 1-8pm at the funeral home.
