Jean P. (Harlow) Phelps, 81, of Bow, NH died Mon., May 20th at Concord Hospital.
She was born in New York and grew up and was educated in Lawrence, MA. Jean had previously lived in Salem, NH for many years and she was a homemaker. She was a Salem High football Mom, a Bow High School football fan and an avid New England Patriots fan. She was predeceased by her parents, Hedwig (Schultz) and Earl Harlow and her husband, Averil Phelps, Sr.
She is survived by her children, Eric Phelps and wife Patti of Bow, NH,
Kevin Phelps of Dover, NH,
Brian Phelps and wife Karen of Canterbury, NH, and
Brenda and husband Erik Kloeppel of Melbourne, FL;
her brother, Sonny Harlow and wife Nancy of Derry, NH;
her sister, Joan and husband Joe Robichaud of Orlando, FL;
13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Service will be Thursday, May 23rd at 10:30 AM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Calling hours are on Wednesday from 4 -8 PM at the Funeral Home.
