Cindy Joann Robb, 46, of Mystic, passed away Wednesday at her home. She was the daughter of Marianne Kappeler of Mystic and the late Werner Kappeler.
Her family is completing service arrangements at this time. When completed, they will be announced here next week and in a future edition of The Day.
