Joseph Dougherty Sr., 80, of Westport, passed away May 15, 2013 at the Southpointe Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of Elvira (Pereira) Dougherty for 58 yrs. He leaves 4 children, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 2 sisters and nieces & nephews. He was US Army Veteran of the Korean War
