Shirley A. (Muzzy) Rabidou, 88, of Shrewsbury formerly of Worcester died Thursday, May 16th in St. Vincent Hospital. Her husband of 63 years, Walter Joseph Rabidou died in 2008. She leaves a daughter, Nancy Faye Singh and her husband, Dr. Param Singh of Shrewsbury; a son, Albert J. Fournier; a sister, Barbara Kubleck of Worcester; three grandchildren, Dr. Amrik Singh of Burlington, Ajay Singh and his wife, Aana of Boston and Brian Rabidou of Virginia and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Paul David Rabidou and two brothers, William and Paul Muzzy.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Archiebald and Helen (Sullivan) Muzzy. Shirley was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church, Shrewsbury Senior Center and Busy Hands Knitting.
Her funeral is Saturday, May 18th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday, May 17th from 4:00 until 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
