Domenica “Margaret” Rosati, 102 of Medford, died Monday after a brief illness in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Medford, MA.
Born in Boston, she has lived in Medford since 1954 and formerly of the West End of Boston. She was the daughter of the late Antoninna (Rigano) and Joseph Valarese.
Domenica was a Stitcher in Boston’s Garment District for 40 years and retired in 1975.
Beloved wife of the late Rocco. Devoted mother of Frank Rosati and his wife Bonnie of Florida, Joseph Rosati of Plymouth. Also survived by 4 loving grandchildren and 2 loving great grandsons, Sister of the late Guy, Domenic “Chick”, Joseph “Hoofy” Valarese and Lulu Rosati. Also many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
