John DeStefanis, 91 of Medford died Wednesday unexpectedly in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Medford, MA.
Born in Portland, Maine, he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Almerinda (Castellucci) DeStefanis. John was a Mechanic, and manager at Vitt´s Auto Body in Somerville for over 30 years and retired 29 years ago.
Beloved husband of Rena (Dediman) DeStefanis. Devoted father of Joann Gallo, and Barbara Hanscom both of Somerville. Also survived by 5 loving grandchildren and 7 loving great grandchildren.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 11 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Friday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
