Rita C. Hasenfuss (Miller) age 86 formerly of Canton, of Easton passed away May 10th at home surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Dorchester, she graduated from St. Margaret’s High School. She has lived in Easton since 2011 and previously lived in Canton for 53 years. Rita enjoyed spending time with her family and summering in Martha’s Vineyard. Beloved wife of Robert P., Sr. Mother of Mary A. Walsh and her husband Joseph of Norton, Joanne Nolan and her husband David of Mansfield, Kathy A. Pernock and her husband Christopher of Easton, Robert P. Hasenfuss, Jr. of Dorchester and the late Diane M. Pierce. Loving grandmother of Megan, Kenny, Kate, Caitlin, Kyle, Mary Alice, and Bridget. Also survived by many other loving extended family members. Funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church Canton Monday at 11:00. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Monday morning prior to the mass from 9:00 to 10:30 Burial Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
