Lenna Faye (Lowder) Grissom, 97, of Anderson died May 9, 2013 at Community Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born March 22, 1916 in Mohawk, Indiana the daughter of Mark and Sarah (Wilson) Lowder. She had been an Anderson resident since 1936. She worked as a punch press operator at Fisher Guide in Anderson. She attended First Pentecostal Church in Anderson.
Survivors include her daughter, Claudette Wirt of Anderson, granddaughter, Glenda (John) Whiteman of Fishers; Great granddaughter, Allison Whiteman; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Claud Grissom on September 3, 1990; parents; two sisters and three brothers.
Service will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at First Pentecostal Church with Bishop Danny St. Clair and Rev. R.B. Bingham officiating. Visitation will be on Monday, May 13, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will take place at the Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to First Pentecostal Church.
