Frank X. Ramirez, 75, of Ventura. Passed away on Tuesday May 7, 2013 at his home with his loving family at his side. Frank was born January 12, 1938 in El Paso Texas. He came to Ventura at age 7 and was a lifelong county resident. he was self employed and also worked for Peter's Construction as a dry waller and painter for 42 years. Frank enjoed playing the guitar and loived to sing spanish songs. He looked forward to family Bar B Ques and outings and playing cards with his friends. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the condor chapter RAKK ASANS 187th airborne regimental combat team association.
Frank is survived by his former wife Nicky Rabago; daughters Frances May and her husband Chris, Angeles Jenkins and her late husband Buck; his sons Marcos, Felix, David, and Joseph Ramirez; Sisters Clara Arbizu and her husband Frank, Katherin Rabago and her husband Robert, Martha Estrada and her husband Art, Linda Haire and her husband Ron; Brother Raymond Ramieriz and his wife Sandy; sister-in-law Mary Medrano; numerous grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his Mother Ramona Medrano, daughter Rosanna Maga, sister Mary Ellen Centeno, brothers Danny Medrano and Henry Medrano.
The family is grateful and thankful to his caregivers Pete Hernandez and to his sister Linda Haire, Grandson Tommy Brizuela and to Buena Vista Hospice.

Memorial services will he held at 10:30am Monday May 13, 2013 at the Joseph P. Reardon Funeral Home with Fr. Fernando, Deacon Hammonds and the 1st Memorial Honors Military Detail Officiating.
