Richard J. Harrower, 60, of Salem, NH died Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Pleasant Valley Nursing Home in Derry surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 26, 1952, a son of the late John and Edith (Colbath) Harrower. He was born in Somerville, MA, raised in Burlington, MA and lived in Salem, NH for over 25 years. Richard was an electrician for Burlington Engineering for 15 years. He was a former member of the Billerica Rod and Gun Club in Billerica, MA.
He was survived by two sons, Benjamin Harrower and his wife Brenda of Abington, MA and Adam Harrower and his wife Sara of Burlington, MA, as well as three grandchildren, Jacob, Olivia and Nicholas.
There are no calling hours. Graveside services were held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 11:00am in Wyoming Cemetery, Melrose, MA. Memorial contributions may be made in Richard’s memory to the Cam Neely Foundation, 30 Winter Street, 2nd Floor, Boston, MA 02108. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium are handling the arrangements.
