DUDLEY – Kenneth M. Ricci, Sr., 63, of Dudley died Wednesday, May 1, 2013 in Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence, Worcester, with his family present.
He leaves his wife of 44 years, AnnaMarie (Sergel) Ricci; 3 sons, Kenneth M. Ricci, Jr. and Robert A. Ricci, both of Dudley, and Derek J. Ricci and his wife Krista of Dayville, CT; a grandson, Jonathan Ricci; 2 brothers, Samuel Ricci II of Southbridge and Ricky Ricci of Arizona; a sister, Carol Parmentier of Dudley; nephews and nieces. A grandson, Deane M. Ricci, whom he and his wife raised, died in 2003.
He was born and raised in Southbridge, a son of Samuel Ricci I and Gladys (Wright) Ricci. He graduated from Cole Trade High School. He moved to Dudley in 1976.
Mr. Ricci was a machinist at Gentex Corporation, where he worked for 41 years. He enjoyed NASCAR racing. He loved his Corvette and his jeep.
Funeral services were private. Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery, Webster. Donations in his name may be made to Holy Trinity Hospice, 1183 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01603. Arrangements were under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street, Webster.
