Santo Arrigo, 85 of Medford, died Tuesday after a long illness in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Medford, MA.
Born in Italy he lived in Medford since 1965 and was the son of the late Francesco and Maria Arrigo. Santo was a Bricklayer with the former Waterfield Construction Company for 20 years.
Beloved husband of Marguerite (Zizzo) Arrigo. Devoted father of Frank Arrigo and his wife Soledad of Melrose, Leo Arrigo, Maria Caddigan and her husband William all of Medford. Loving grandfather of Katelyn and Keri Caddigan. Brother of Concettina of Italy and the late Sr. Natalie “Lina” and Joseph Arrigo. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
