Paul E. Gilligan, age 70, of N. Andover, formerly of Tewksbury, died at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill on Monday, April 29, 2013. Husband of the late Carol J. (Strople). Father of Linda C. Riley of Wilmington and Jennifer L. Gilligan of Atlanta, GA. Grandfather of Caitlin and Sean Riley and Jefferson Twombley. Brother of Emily Colbert and her husband James of Tuscon, AZ and the late James Gilligan. Calling hours will be Friday, May 3, from 4-7 p.m. in the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury.
