Evelyn J. (Harmon) Mundell 67 of 96 Slater St., died Saturday, August 7th at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester after an illness. She was the wife of Raymond A. Mundell, Sr. who died in 1983. She leaves a son, Raymond A. Mundell, Jr. of Oxford, two daughters; Jean E. Rossi of Spencer, Judith A. Fisher of Douglas, 5 grandchildren; Dennis & Dustin Papierski, Amy Fisher; Shawn Danforth, Raymond A. Mundell III, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a daughter, Joanna Lee Mundell in 1968. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Frank & Esther (Robitaillee) Harmon.Mrs. Mundell was a graduate of David Prouty High School in Spencer. She was a packer for seven years at Genpak Co. in Manchaug. She enjoyed reading and writing short stories, classical music and spending time with her family. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 10th at 10 a.m. in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, West Brookfield. A calling hour will be from 9-10 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Please omit flowers.
