FALL RIVER … Stephen James Woyciechowski, 88, of Fall River passed away April 24, 2013.
He was the husband of Irene (Bishop) Woyciechowski. He was born in Fall River, a son of the late Michael and Anna (Helenka) Woyciechowski.
He served in the United States Coast Guard during WW II. He was a graduate of Bristol County Agriculture High School . He was a lineman for Montaup Electric, now known as National Grid, retiring in 1988 after 29 years of service. He was a member of Woodrow L. Silvia V.F.W. Post 5392 Tiverton. He enjoyed Carpentry, Fishing, Bowling, watching Golf and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter: Sharon M. Silva and her husband John of E. Taunton, 3 Sons: Dr. Theodore S. Woyciechowski and his wife Mary Ellen Flinn of Little Compton, James S. Woyciechowski and his fiancée Cindy Chapman of Warwick RI, and Kevin J. Woyciechowski and his wife Jacqueline of Fall River, 1 Grandchild: Nathanael Silva of Boston, several nieces and nephews, his Godchild Marylin Levesque. He was the brother of the late Jenny Leach, Mary Pendrake, and Michael Woyciechowski.
Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Monday at 11AM at Sts. Peter & Paul Parish at Holy Cross Church Church, Pulaski Street, Fall River, MA. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery
