Linda Ruth Kirkland, age 64, of Douglas, GA passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Kirkland was born on December 23 1949, in Douglas, GA to the late Buddy and Myrtice Harper Kirkland.
Survivors include: her three sisters: Patsy (Larry) Spivey, Betty Sue “Sweeton” Wilkins,of Nicholls,GA. Bonnie Stone of Douglas, GA.
Three brothers: Dexter “Boy” (Susie) Kirkland, Leon “Mann” (Janie) Kirkland, and David (Marlene) Kirkland, all of Douglas, GA, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2013 from 6-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 2 :00 p.m. at Trinity Non-Denominational Church with Rev. Floyd Musgrove and Rev Cliff Kirkland officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Church Cemetery.
