Kathryn (Mooney) Walker, 81, of Anderson died April 19, 2013, at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital after a brief/an extended illness.
She was born October 19, 1931 in Dugger, IN to Patrick Mooney and Gail White.
She attended Union High School.
She was a nurse aide at St. John's Hospital for 8 years.
She was an active member of First Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include her son, Michael Ray (Linda) Mollet; two daughters, Jean (Jeff) McClain and Betty Jo (David) Greenwell all of Anderson; two sisters, Lenora Phillips and Barbara Roberts of Anderson and her brother, William (Sandra) Mooney of Pendleton; grandchildren, Michelle (Martin) Johnson, Brian (Jennifer) Mollet, Shawn (Jennifer) Mollet, Benjamin McClain, Stephen (Shannon)Ellingwood, Matthew Ellingwood, and Becca Monday; great- grandchildren, Cody & Micalah Johnson, Ashley and Alaidia Mollet, Chloe Northcut, and Keagan Ellingwood and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Wilbur F. Walker; two brothers; two sisters; son, Gerald Dean Mollet and a grandson, Stephen Michael Mollet.
Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 23 at First Pentecostal Church with Bishop Danny St. Clair and Pastor Luke St. Clair officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church.
