Frank A. Alosso, of Medford died peacefully at the Medford Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center in Medford. He was 70.
Frank was born and raised in Somerville, the son of the late Frank V. and the late Grace (Gregory) Alosso. He worked and volunteered at many maintenance jobs throughout his life. He enjoyed music and dancing at the Wonderland Ballroom. He played piano and sang with is family. He had a special fondness for the music of Elvis and the singers and standards of the swing era. He was devoted to his family and enjoyed the company of his friends and relatives.
The beloved brother of Barbara Garofalo and her husband Donato of Melrose and the late Marie Tomassetti, Frank was a loving uncle to many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Wednesday April 24th at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central Street, Stoneham, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be on Tuesday from 5 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
