Deane Adam Folsom, age 35, of Douglas, GA passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Folsom was born on August 18, 1977, in Ft. Stewart, Hinesville, GA to William David and Evelyn Sirmans Folsom.
Survivors include: his parents: William and Evelyn Folsom, of Douglas, GA, three brothers: Anthony Folsom, Daren (Lisa) Folsom, and Derek Folsom, all of Douglas, GA, two nephews: Austin Hannon, of Fitzgerald, GA and Donavan Folsom, of Douglas, GA.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 18 from 6-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Elder Luke Mizell, Elder Steve Sirmans, and Rev. Matt Rutland officiating with Bennie Smith giving Eulogy. Interment followed at Antiock Church Cemetery.
