Eleanor B. (Howe) Romano, 90, of Worcester died Wednesday, April 17th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center – University Campus. Her husband of 30 years, Anthony “Tony” Romano died in 1976. She leaves a daughter, Betty Ann Aubin and her husband, Theodore J. Aubin, Jr. of Oxford; three sisters, Hope P. Hall, Maxine Grandville both of NC and Carol Kelleher of FL; two grandchildren, Vicki M. Aubin of Jersey City, NJ and Jeffrey C. Aubin of MA; two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Russell Grandville.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of William G. and Helen (Brooks) Howe. Eleanor’s favorite pastime was playing her accordion.
