Edon P. Hansen Jr. of Plymouth, died on April 10th at the Jordan Hospital at the age of 88. The beloved husband of the late Doris Louise (Herrick) Hansen, he is survived by his daughters Karen Manning of Andover, ME; Rose Connolly of Plymouth and Doreen Hansen of FL. He also leaves 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was the father of the late Paul Hansen.
Edon was born in Brockton and served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WWII as a plane mechanic. He worked as a mechanic for Kingston Oil for many years. Edon enjoyed woodworking, collecting coins, stamps and model cars.
There are no visiting hours. A graveside service is being planned for a later date.
