Obituary

SPENCER: Rita T. (Casey) Lotti, 88 of 35 Wilson St., died Thursday, April 11 at The Meadows of Leicester.

She was the wife of Antonio N. “Tony” Lotti who died in 2005. She leaves her son Thomas A. Lotti and his wife Cynthia of Spencer and her daughter Sally Ann Bousquet and her partner Richard Beron of East Longmeadow, six grandchildren Aimee Conroy and her husband Greg, Kristin Pingeton and her husband Matt, Danielle Martinez and her husband Louis, Cara Aguirre and her husband Hugo, Jeffrey and Craig Lotti, nine great grandchildren Max Hansen, Thomas and Shane Conroy, Kelsey, Anthony and Zachary Pingeton, Ashley Martinez, Francesca and Matteo Aguirre, several nieces and nephews.

Born in Oxford, she was the daughter of Robert J. and Mary A. (Beaudette) Casey. She later moved to Charlton, and E.Brookfield before returning to Spencer where she lived over 30 years. She worked at the former Hammond Shoe Co. in Worcester for many years, and later worked alongside her husband at “Tony’s Cleaners” in Spencer before retiring.She enjoyed playing bingo, travel with her husband and going to the casino.

The funeral will be held Saturday, April 13 at 11a.m. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Burial will follow in Mary,Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. A calling hour will precede the funeral on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Spencer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 147, Spencer, Ma. 01562.
