Charles Allen Perkins, Jr, age 31, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Friday, April 5 at his home in Louisville, KY.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Robert Mudd Jr.
(2012) of Lebanon and Pauline Thompson Mudd (2011) of Bardstown
Survivors include his six year old son, Ryder Hall Perkins of Louisville, his mother, Rose Perkins of Georgetown, his father Allen Perkins

of Louisville, his brother, Chase Perkins, of Louisville, his grandmother Joanna Claycomb (Glover) of Louisville, and his grandfather, Clarence Perkins (Wanda) of Lebanon.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Owen Funeral Home- Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, with a memorial service beginning at 5pm.
