Ruth Alice (McKee) Remillard, 87, of Plymouth, formerly of S.Yarmouth, Mendon and Whitinsville, passed away at Plymouth Rehabilitation Center on April 7, 2013. Wife of the late Harry E. Remillard, she leaves a nephew, William Marshall and his wife Pauline of Dunstable, and a niece, Cynthia Maichle and her husband Richard of Plymouth. Great aunt to Kristen Gianfrancesco and her husband Michael of Middleboro, Richard Maichle Jr. of Scituate, Jamie Lynne Maichle of Fall River and Michael Marshall and his wife Kori of Pepperell; and great great aunt to their children, Isabella and Madeline Marshall. She was the sister of the late Florence (McKee) Marshall.
Ruth was born in Worcester, the daughter of William and Alice McKee. She was a nurse in the Maternity Ward at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Worcester prior to her marriage. As a homemaker, Ruth loved to cook. She raised and bred Miniature Poodles.
There will be a memorial service for Ruth at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St. (Rte 3A) in N. Plymouth on Thursday April 11, at 11:00 AM, with burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery Bourne, MA at 12:45 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Lymphoma and Leukemia Society Mass Chapter , 180 Rust Craft Road, Dedham, MA 02026
