ANDERBERG, JOAN P. (HAEGEMAN), a long-time resident of South Boston & Dorchester, passed away Wednesday the 27th of March at Marian Manor. Born in 1931 in Winthrop, Joan worked for the State of Massachusetts Department of Public Welfare until retiring. Joan enjoyed traveling to New York City with friends each year, visiting her family in Maryland & following her favorite TV Soap Operas. Joan was predeceased by her parents, Emanuel Haegeman & Josephine Haegeman-Casey & sister Carol McHale (Haegeman). She is survived by her sister, Marilyn Matulevich (Haegeman) & several nieces & nephews all of whom live in in Maryland, Virginia & Florida. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Maryland. Casper Funeral Services, Boston, has been entrusted with arrangements.
