Henry F. “Hap” Graham, 86 of Methuen and formerly North Reading and Quincy, MA passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday March 31, 2013.
Born and educated in Boston, MA, he was the son of Patrick and Mary (Hunter) Graham. Henry served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and the U.S. Marines during the Korean Conflict and was honorably discharged from service. For more than 37 years he was a sales manager for Boston Gas Company. After his retirement he was concierge at Atria Marland Place in Andover, MA.
“Hap” had a strong faith in God was always active in church activities and was a former 4th degree with the Knights of Columbus. “Hap was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed family gatherings, doing crossword puzzles, playing golf and helping other seniors in his community.
Henry is survived by his four daughters, Jeanne M. McHale and her husband John R. of Methuen, MA, Cheryl A. Condon and her husband Michael F. also of Methuen, MA, Mary F. Graham and her husband John Delapa of Medfield, MA and Paula R. Graham-Dwyer and her husband Christopher K. of North Reading, MA.
Henry also leaves his sister Elizabeth Graham of Quincy, MA and his sister-in-law Pauline Graham of Braintree, MA.
Grandchildren, Gregory G. McHale, Christopher J. Dwyer, James C. McHale, Emily R. Dwyer and Agnes K. Delapa and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Visiting hours for family and friends will be held on Thursday from 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen, MA 01844. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 10:00a.m. at First Calvary Baptist Church 586 Mass Ave., North Andover, MA 01845. Family and friends are asked to go directly to the church.
