Mabel I. (Read) Josephson, 92, of Bellingham, died March 30, in her home. She was the wife of the late Carl Josephson, Jr. and the late Albert E. Roberts, Jr.
Born in Waltham, September 10, 1920, the son of the late Robert and Isabel (Boddy) Read, Mrs. Josephson grew up in Waltham and had lived there for many years. Following her retirement she moved to Boynton Beach, Florida where she lived for thirty years.
Mrs. Josephson had been employed by the Waltham Watch Factory and was later a key punch operator for Little Brown Publishing Company and the Reece Corporation.
While in Florida she loved to participate in shows and was member of the New England Club.
Mrs. Josephson had also been an active member of the Boynton Beach United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her children, Clifford B. Roberts of Concord, New Hampshire, The Rev. Joyce M. Bryson of Bellingham, Cindy LeBlanc of Bellingham, Bruce Josephson and David Josephson of Florida and the late Richard Josephson.
She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Her memorial service will be held on Saturday April 13 in the Franklin United Methodist Church, 82 West Central Street, Franklin at 10:30.
