Worcester—Eric G. Ottoson, 88, of Briarwood Circle, died Tuesday, July 27, 2004, in St. Vincent Hospital at the Worcester Medical Center. He leaves his former wife, Jane (Allen) Ottoson; two sons, Stephen J. Ottoson of Shrewsbury and Allen E. Ottoson of Boston; a sister, Ruth Abrahamson of Texas; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Two brothers and a sister predeceased him.
Eric was born in Worcester, son of John and Sophia (Franzen) Ottoson. He graduated from Commerce High School and Becker Junior College. Mr. Ottoson was a self-employed manufacturer’s representative for many paper companies, retiring at the age of 86.
