William “Buddy” Kuhns, passed away on Monday, March 25th , 2013
at the age of 54, after a lengthy battle with a number of health issues.
He was a life long resident of Pembroke and a graduate of Silver Lake
High School. Buddy was a die hard fan of all Boston sports. He loved
movies and was an avid reader. Buddy was the beloved husband of
26 years to Margaret “Peggy” (Holland) and devoted father of Laura
and Max Kuhns. He is also survived by his parents, Kenneth and
Elaine (Cook) Kuhns of Pembroke. His great sense of humor will also
be missed by his sister Diana (Kuhns) Barton and brother Chief Petty
Officer Christopher Kuhns. He was the loving uncle to many nieces
and nephews and will be greatly missed by numerous in-laws,
cousins, aunts and uncles. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday,
March 30th from 2 to 6:00 pm at Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett
St. (Rt. 14) Pembroke. In lieu of flowers the family requests you donate
to your favorite charity.
