Lee Talkington age 51, of Gaylesville, Al passed away on Saturday , March 23, 2013 at Cherokee Medical Center, Centre, AL following an extended illness. He was born April 28, 196 to the late Jim and Mary Sisk Gilbreath.
He is survived by his wife: Liz Dean Talkington; Daughter: Lee Ann Talkington and Son: Joseph Talkington all of Gaylesville, AL. one Bro: Junior(Tammy) Gilbreath, Douglas, Ga. three Sisters:Barbara (Ricky) Brown of Gaylesville, AL; Corma (Hugh) Beasley and Loretta Swann both of Douglas, GA. one Grandchild: Jacey Talkington, several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Talkington was a native of Holly Springs, Jackson County, GA.
Family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 6 to 9 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral Servcie for Mr. Talkington will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Homes. Interment will follow in the McMillan Family Cemetery near Moultrie, GA.
