Larry Dean Harris
December 9, 1940- March 23, 2013

Larry Dean Harris, 72, of Anderson died on March 23, 2013 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville following an extended illness.

He was born on December 9, 1940 in Jackson County, IN to John and Lola (Wheeler) Harris.

He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and later re-enlisted in the National Guard.

He was the manager of Elwood City Cemetery for 20 years. He was a musician and enjoyed singing and playing the guitar.

He is survived by his 3 sons, Michael Harris, John Harris, and Brad Harris all of Anderson; Brother, James Harris of Seymour; Sister, Iva (husband, Charlie) Higgs of Mitchell, IN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father, Leon Sanders; Son, Larry Harris Jr.; Brothers, Mack Harris, John Harris, and Jack Harris; Sister, Evelyn Rose Harris.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 12:00 noon at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Ned Clark officiating. A military rites will be held at the funeral home by the VFW Honor Guard 266.
The visitation will be from 5:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be given to Men for Men Ministries in Anderson.
