Keisha Koehler, 48, of Newbury Park died unexpectedly in her sleep, Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at home.
Keisha was born March 17, 1965, in Sherman Oaks, Calif. Keisha had been a Ventura County resident for most of her life. She attended both El Camino Real High School and Newbury Park High School.
Keisha is survived by her husband, Doug, of 19 years; children, Nicholas, William and Lacey; grandchild, Peyton; brother, Chris Brown; mother, Charlotte Teti; father, Steve Brown.
Keisha graciously gave her time and energy to many causes. She rocked infants in the NICU, prepared care boxes for soldiers and ran a rabbit rescue from her home. Keisha's love and devotion is evident in her three children, Nicholas, William and Lacey, who are also thoughtful, loving and charitable.
Memorial services will be held at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park, 2052 Howard Road, Camarillo, 482-1959, on Tuesday, March 28, 2013, from 11 to 11:30 a.m. followed by a reception.
