Son of Barbara (Ulmer) Zimmerman of Lumberton, NJ, and the late James H. Rumpp. Step son of Ellen D. Rumpp of Moorestown, NJ. Brother of Wendy R. Kemp of Rochester, NY, Kenyon T. Rumpp of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Allison R. Backlund of Delran, NJ, Janet Zimmerman of Flower Mound, TX, Carol Z. Gillespie of Lafayette, LA. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. J.H. was Project Manager for TRC Environmental of Lowell, President and Coach of Dedham Youth Soccer, and member of the Town of Dedham Zoning Board.
