Mary Giannelli, 96 years young, died peacefully at the Parmenter Hospice on March 18. Mary was a baker extraordinaire, she never left the house without a boxful of goodies for her family, neighbors and friends. If she went for any type of appointment, the box of goodies accompanied her. She was an ardent fan of the singer Englebert Humperdinck and a faithful member of his fan club. Love and generosity epitomized her life. She will be sadly missed by niece Susan Saris of Framingham, Patty Pizzurro of Medford and nephew Fred Gennelly of Canton as well as many dear friends and neighbors.
Beloved wife of the late Carlo Giannelli. Cherished daughter of the late Elizabeth (Ferrera) and Emile Demeo. Loving sister of the late Ernest, Thomas, Ralph, Emile and Joseph Demeo, Margaret Bella, Angelina Munson and Rose Alesse. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends who adored her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a graveside service on Saturday, March 23 in Oak Grove Cemetery, 230 Playstead Road, MEDFORD at 11AM.
