Roy William Hafling, 75, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013 at his home. He retired after 30years as an engineer for Naval Ordnance, a Air Force veteran during the Vietnam era and Catholic by faith. He enjoyed skeet shooting and arrowhead hunting. He is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Lee (Tabler). He is survived by his son, Arthur “Art” Hafling (Denise) and daughter, Carol Kaelin; Five grandchildren: Stuart, Chase, Taylor, Cody, Alyssa; Four great-grandchildren and a brother, Norvin “Dale” Hafling. His funeral will be Friday 12pm at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be 3 pm to 8pm Thursday and 11am until time of funeral on Friday.
