Lossie Mae Paul, 105, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Monday, March 18, 2013, at Golden Living Nursing Facility in Tifton.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM, Thursday, March 21, 2013 at the Ocilla Cemetery in Ocilla, Georgia, with the Rev. Huey Nichols officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Mrs. Paul was born October 17, 1907, in Turner County, Georgia, to the late W.M. and Ruth Yarbrough. She lived in Irwin County most of her life and was a homemaker. Mrs. Paul was a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter: Edna Ruth Ring of Tifton; a son: Franklin Paul of Macon; daughter-in law: Betty Paul of Macon; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Dave Paul; son: Alton Paul; granddaughter: Nelda Paul Kennedy; one brother; three half sisters and two half brothers.
