Forman, Max 91 of Peabody and formerly of Revere and Everett passed away on March 13, 2013. Beloved husband for 66 years to the late Lillian (Kipnes) Forman. Devoted father of Michael Forman and his late wife Meryl. Loving son of the late Hyman and Bertha Forman. Dear brother of Sylvia Allen, Libby Finkelstein and the late Samuel Forman. Max was a proud WWII Army Veteran. Services will be held at the Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave., Cary Sq., Chelsea on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM. Interment in Everett.
