SPENCER: Thomas F. Ethier 60, of Collier Circle, died Monday, March 11 at The Meadows of Leicester.
He leaves his wife of 25 years, Lisa M. (Normandin) Ethier, his son John "JT" Ethier and his daughter Abby M. Ethier all of Spencer, a brother Richard P. Ethier of Spencer, his sisters Sharon M. Morrison of Wells, Me., and Denise J. Ethier Cole of Spencer, his longtime friend Fred Cormier and his wife Dale of Spencer, several nieces and nephews.
Tom was a project manager for Hydrograss Technologies in Oxford for the past 15 years. Born in Worcester, he was the son of John N. and Grace A. (Hehir) Ethier and later graduated from David Prouty High School in Spencer, Class of 1970. He was a member of the Auburn Elks Club.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 14 at 10 a.m. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Burial will follow in Mary,Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. Calling hour are Wednesday from 4 to 7p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ethier Children's Education Fund c/o Spencer Savings Bank, 176 Main St., Spencer, Ma. 01562.
