FALL RIVER… Stasia H. (Bernat) Koscielny, 89, of Fall River died Saturday, March 9, 2013 at St. Anne’s Hospital, Fall River.
She was the widow of Stanley Koscielny.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Ludwik and Victoria (Swies) Bernat and had lived most of her life in Fall River, living 25 years in Chicago.
She was a communicant of the former Blessed Virgin Mary Polish National Catholic Church.
Survivors include a sister Jane Nowacki of Fall River, several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Stephen Stanley Koscielny and sister of the late Joseph Bernat.
Services to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Tuesday at 10:30 A.M. at the BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway, Fall River. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 10:00 – 10:30 A.M. Kindly omit flowers.
