Barbara F. Helms, 82, of Colebrook, NH passed away on Friday March 8, 2013 at her home. She was born in Gorham, NH on July 28, 1930 the daughter of Harlan and Dorothy (Boutilier) Howe and lived in Colebrook since 1961. She graduated from Gorham High School and was a member of RSVP of Colebrook.
Family members include a brother Kenneth Howe of Gorham; sister Dorothy Jean Benbow of New Jersey; grandchildren Michael W. Helms, Brian P. Helms of California, Jeffrey A. Helms of Lyndonville, VT and Christopher Helms of Groveton; great grandchildren Dylan and Alina; and daughter-in-law Deborah Helms Hartwell of Lyndonville, VT. She was predeceased by her husband Borden T. Helms on August 2, 1978 and a son Wayne Helms.
There will be no calling hours or services. Interment will be in the Mt. Hayes Cemetery in Gorham, NH. The Bryant Funeral Homes in Berlin and Gorham is in charge of the arrangements.
