SPRINGFIELD - Regina A. (Lamoureux) Novak of the East Springfield section of Springfield, was Called Safely Home on Tuesday, February 26, 2013. She passed into Eternal Life at Heritage Hall South in Agawam surrounded by the care and comfort of her devoted caregivers. She was born in Ware, a daughter of the late Arthur and Agnes (Bourcier) Lamoureux. She was raised and schooled in Ware and lived there until 2002 when she moved to the East Springfield section of Springfield. She was last employed as a personal attendant at Monson Developmental Center. She was a member of the Ware Golden Age Club and a communicant of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Ware. She was currently a communicant of Mary, Mother of Hope Church in East Springfield. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard M. Novak who was Called Home in 1985. She leaves her loving son, Bernard M. "Mickey" Novak, Jr. and his wife, Jewell, of Monson; her cherished granddaughter, Ashleigh Novak of Maine; and her longtime loving partner, Albert J. Coulombe of Springfield. Her friends are invited to attend a Service of Committal on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Greenwich Road, Ware, MA 01082.
