Ranieri, Mary D. (Richardi) of Hingham, died suddenly on February 25, 2013 at the age of 90.
Beloved wife of the late Francis J. Ranieri. Loving mother of Patricia Bates and her husband Ralph of Scituate, Linda Walsh and her husband Steve of Marshfield, Karen Kent and her husband Michael of Kingston. Sister of Frances Burkard of Weymouth and the late Rose Crowley and Anna Wilson. Cherished grandmother of Dan Bates, Kristin Flood, Michelle and Erica Ricketts. Great-grandmother of Jamie, Derek, Andrew, Lucas and Jonathan.
Step-grandmother of Michael and Christopher Kent.
Mary was born in Braintree and lived in Quincy for many years before settling in Hingham where she lived for the past 59 years. She was an Avon Lady selling products for many years. She enjoyed sewing and bowling. Most importantly Mary loved her family, they were the cornerstone of her life. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known her.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:45am on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church, Hingham at 10:30 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
