Frances Louise Pines Evans, 79, of Tifton died Saturday, February 23, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Christian Hill Freewill Baptist Church in Rochelle with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
