Obituary

Ronald A. “Clink” MacLean of Woburn formerly of Reading passed away on Friday, July 16, 2004 at his home in Woburn. He was 56 years of age.

Born in Winchester, Clink was the son of the late Daniel S. MacLean and Verna A. (Vanhorn) MacLean. Clink was very well known in the town of Reading. He loved to cook. Clink was a cook at the American Legion for many years. He attended Reading Schools and loved motorcycles. Clink was one of the first original people to have a Nuclear Pacemaker.

Clink was the dear brother of Dan MacLean of Reading, Janet Cryts of Washington, William “Billy” MacLean of Rigby Idaho, Phyllis Winkler, Sandra Herlihy and the late Ernest MacLean. Clink was the cherished uncle of Irene MacLean – Jellison, Jonathan B. MacLean, Paul D. MacLean, Daniel G. MacLean, Jen – AI MacLean, Jennifer MacLean, Steven C. MacLean, Cynthia L. MacLean, Barry MacLean, Morgan MacLean, Charlotte McCarthy, Melissa J. Cody, Namoni Sutherland and Justin MacLean.

Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Monday from 4-8pm in the Joseph Doherty Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING. A Funeral Service will be held at 8pm.
