Nilda I. Ramos, 62, of New Bedford died Tuesday February 19, 2013 suddenly at St. Luke's Hospital.
Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Damian and Juanita (Rodriguez) Ramos, she lived in Brockton before moving to New Bedford 20 years ago.
She loved helping everyone.
Survivors include her children, Jose A. Sanders and his wife Marilyn, and Nancy Ulloa and her husband Luis Felipe Ulloa; her siblings, Victor Ramos, Luis Ramos, Rene Ramos, Aida Luz Ramos, and Elsie Perez; five grandchildren, Phillip and Johnathan Ulloa, Angel, Tatyana, and Yvannah Sanders; two great-granddaughters, Adrianna and Alessandra Ulloa; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Rogelio and Robert "Cookie" Ramos.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 9:30 AM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Friday from 4-8 PM.
