William B AnsbroAnsbro, William B, A Dover resident for 41 years. July 17 2004 at St. Patrick’s Manor in Framingham at 84 years of age. Born in Red Bank N.J. he was the son of the late William B Sr. and Bertha (Hagerty) Ansbro. Beloved husband od the late Dorothy (Norcom) Ansbro and father of the late William B Ansbro the III. Brother of the late Regina Ansbro and Ann (Ansbro) Olson. A Graduate of Duke University, Mr. Ansbro was the former President of Allyn and Bacon Publishing Company of Boston. A former lieutenant of the U.S. Naval Reserves and a Naval Pilot during WW11. He received the Victory Medal for his services with the Patrol Squadron 74 and the Bombing Squadron 22 whom actively participated in the Pacific. Mr. Ansbro was a former member of Longwood Tennis Club and the Algonquin Club. He was a former parishioner of Sacred Heart Church of So Natick, Most Precious Blood church of Dover and St. Stephens Priory of Dover. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday July 22 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Eliot St. South Natick. Burial at the Highland Cemetery in Dover.
